THE EXPERIENCE

My style of boudoir photography can be described as classy and romantic, but the experience itself is a little more of a party. My main goal is to make sure that my clients are comfortable, but still have a damn good time. We will play some music, laugh, joke, and dance around. Don’t be surprised if I end up scream singing to some Beyonce or laughing at my own jokes.

Nervous about posing? Don’t be! That’s my job! Throughout the session, I will demonstrate poses and give you constant direction and feedback on how to move your body in the most flattering ways.

Every client has a different comfort zone when it comes to levels of undress. Boudoir photography is a sensitive and intimate experience, and I will never pressure you to step outside of your level of comfort.

The goal is to have you walk out of the studio feeling a brand new sense of confidence and empowerment.

Let’s have some fun! We’ll put on some music, pop some champagne, and get a vibe going. It’s ok if you’re nervous…most people are. But don’t you worry. Those nerves will melt away within the first few minutes and you’ll be feeling like a whole new person.

THE STUDIO

Located in the heart of downtown York, PA, our studio boasts nearly 800 square feet, 13 large windows, breathtaking natural light, and endless set-up possibilities.

Our space gives off a “cozy-meets-industrial” vibe, and is equipped with a variety of backdrops and sets, a hair and makeup area, a size inclusive client closet, a comfy lounge space, and a well stocked mini-fridge and variety of refreshments.

The building itself has a large, well monitored parking lot, elevator access, and even a shopping area downstairs that houses many local small business booths.

You are in complete control, my friend! I have had some clients stay completely covered, and others strip down to nothing! We will work within your comfort zone, and you will never be asked to do anything you aren’t comfortable with! If you aren’t sure about getting completely naked, but still want to get a little saucy, “implied nudes” are a great option and add an element of mystery to your photos. Essentially, you are nude or topless, but an object (sheet, hand, prop, etc), is covering up the naughty bits
I hold boudoir sessions in my private studio located in downtown York, PA. It is a safe, secure building with ample parking!
The studio has a growing client closet that contains various lingerie pieces and other accessories (veils, robes, stockings, etc) that are available for clients to use during their session. Our closet represents a variety of styles and sizes. Although I strongly recommend that you bring 3-4 of your own pieces along with you on your shoot, you are more than welcome to shop the closet to see if there is anything in their that you’d like to try out! All pieces are laundered after use and returned to the rack!
Although I love showing off my beautiful boudoir babes, I will never do so without your consent. Some ladies are cool with their photos being shared, some are fine with me posting photos without their face in them, and others would like their photos to remain private! After your gallery is delivered, and you get a chance to look over your photos, you will be sent a photo release to complete and send back to me!
The short answer is no. I will not alter your body. Boudoir sessions are meant to boost your confidence by embracing and loving the body that you’re in. If there are parts of your body that you are self-conscious of, we can focus on posing that will not draw attention to those parts. The only retouching I will do is to remove temporary blemishes (pimples, bruises, razor burn, etc).
